Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model manajemen pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar melalui kajian literatur. Kualitas pendidikan menjadi isu krusial dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia, khususnya di tingkat sekolah dasar yang merupakan fondasi pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan akademik siswa. Model manajemen pembelajaran kolaboratif dipandang sebagai salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pelibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dari tahun 2018-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen pembelajaran kolaboratif memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar dalam empat aspek utama: peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, peningkatan motivasi belajar, dan efektivitas manajemen kelas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan model pembelajaran kolaboratif sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar
