BAHAGIA DI TENGAH KETERBATASAN: PENGALAMAN GURU MENGAJAR DI SMPN SATU ATAP KECAMATAN X KABUPATEN KARAWANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megeksplorasi secara mendalam nilai-nilai kebahagiaan yang diwujudkan dalam proses belajar-mengajar pada guru di SMPN Satu Atap Kecamatan X, Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan desain fenomenologis dengan analisis tematik. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak dua guru dengan kriteria sebagai guru pegawai negeri sipil dan proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur yang dilakukan secara terpisah. Keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu member checking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan guru di Sekolah SMPN 1 Satu Atap Kecamatan X, Kabupaten Karawang bersumber dari rasa syukur, optimisme, interaksi positif dengan rekan sejawat, serta keberhasilan dan perubahan positif siswa yang memberi makna mendalam pada profesi guru.
