TRANSFORMASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN PPKN DI SEKOLAH TERTINGGAL MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KOMUNITAS TERINTEGRASI KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kualitas manajemen pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah tertinggal yang cenderung belum kontekstual, minim partisipasi, serta kurang mengintegrasikan potensi kearifan lokal dan komunitas. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan akan model pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis konteks sosial budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual manajemen pembelajaran PPKn berbasis komunitas yang terintegrasi dengan kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis systematic literature review (SLR), melalui analisis terhadap artikel jurnal bereputasi, buku akademik, serta sumber kredibel lainnya dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analysis dan thematic synthesis untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antar konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi manajemen pembelajaran, pembelajaran berbasis komunitas, dan kearifan lokal menghasilkan model konseptual dengan komponen input, proses, dan output serta sintaks implementatif yang sistematis. Model ini berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual, partisipatif, dan bermakna. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran PPKn berbasis bukti serta menjadi acuan praktis bagi pendidik dan pemangku kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah tertinggal.
