STUDI KOMPARATIF PADA UNIVERSITAS SWASTA DAN NEGERI DI INDONESIA : QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (QWL), ACADEMIC STAFF PERFORMANCE AND CRITICAL HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (CHDR) SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI
Abstract
Kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) dapat didefinisikan sebagai syarat kerja, kondisi fisik dan fasilitas di tempat kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, yaitu dengan syarat dan kondisi kerja serta fasilitas di tempat kerja yang lebih baik, maka kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan akan meningkat, dan dengan demikian kinerja kerja mereka akan meningkat Membaik yang akan berdampak pada kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL), Critical Human Resource Development (CHRD) staf akademik di universitas dan bagaimana QWL dan CHRD mempengaruhi kinerja. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 379 staf akademik di universitas negeri dan swasta di Semarang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) atau SEM berbasis varians. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pada quality of work life, academic staff performance dan CHRD pada dosen di Universitas swasta dan negeri di Indonesia.
