A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS: PRODUCTIVITY SMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meringkas beberapa studi yang telah diterbitkan  tentang Produktivitas UKM. Produktivitas dikenal sebagai salah satu hal terpenting untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan produktivitas produktivitas UKM adalah faktor krusial dalam kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peran sentral bagi perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan factor-fator apa saja yang bisa meningkatkan produktivitas UKM dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dan Bibliometric sebagi Teknik analisis. Dalam penelitian ini, sejumlah 50 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2023 digunakan sebagai jurnal acuan. Data yang telah diambil kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi VOS Viewers untuk mengidentifikasi tren dari tahun ke tahun. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jenis penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam sembilan tahun terakhir, tren apa yang terlihat dari tahun ke tahun, cluster apa yang muncul dalam kata kunci "Productivity SMES", serta kata kunci yang paling sering digunakan dalam penelitian seputar produktivitas UKM. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memahami penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap produktivitas UKM agar tidak terjadi pengulangan penelitian yang sama.
