About The Journal

MAESTRO DIGESTIONE JOURNAL (MDJ), the Postgraduate Management Journal of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University, is a journal authored by postgraduate management students at UNARS, serving as a bridge between management theory and practice. MDJ publishes articles in the form of both literature reviews and empirical research findings. MDJ accepts manuscripts from various fields or disciplines, such as Finance, Strategic Management, Marketing, Operations and Entrepreneurship. The primary criterion for acceptance in MDJ is the ability to contribute to the development of economic science, particularly management. MDJ accepts submissions of manuscripts/articles in Indonesian or English, and it must be stated that the submitted manuscript has not been submitted or previously published in any other journal. Decisions regarding the publication of articles in MDJ are made through a blind review process by the Editorial Board, taking into account, amongst other things: originality, topicality and the significance of the article’s contribution to the development of knowledge and real-world practice. The Editorial Board will provide constructive feedback and, where deemed necessary, communicate the results of the evaluation to the author for response and discussion. In the case of minor revisions, the revised manuscript may be approved for publication immediately. Articles that do not meet the established criteria will be returned.

MAESTRO DIGESTIONE JOURNAL (MDJ), Jurnal Pascasarjana Manajemen Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa Pascasarjana Manajemen UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. MDJ mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. MDJ menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di MDJ adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. MDJ menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam MDJ diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.
