PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BNI KANTOR CABANG SITUBONDO DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BNI Situbondo Branch Office with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as (fill in the number of employees of BNI Situbondo Branch Office). Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The independent variables in this study are Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline, the dependent variable is Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results of the study indicate that Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.
