PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PUSKESMAS TAMAN KROCOK KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effects of knowledge sharing, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at Taman Krocok Community Health Center, Bondowoso Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 34 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study was SmartPLS 3.0. Data analysis methods used included convergent validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, Goodness of Fit (GOF) testing, coefficient of determination testing, structural equation analysis (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that knowledge sharing has a negative but insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), knowledge sharing has a positive but significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that knowledge sharing has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Emotional intelligence has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Thus, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is unable to mediate the relationship between knowledge sharing, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence on employee performance.
