Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work competency, work compensation and work environment on the performance of ASN employees at the Kendit Community Health Center with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).


The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work competency has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work compensation has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work competency has an insignificant effect on ASN performance, compensation work has no significant effect on ASN performance, work environment has no significant effect on ASN performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work competency has a significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction, work compensation has no significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction, The work environment has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction.
