Abstract
This article aims to provide assistance in Human Resources (HR) strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With this assistance, MSMEs can manage the importance of effective HR in supporting innovation in products and services to remain relevant to market trends and the needs of MSME consumers, especially among Teras Malioboro. This activity is expected to provide a sustainable positive impact on MSMEs in Teras Malioboro, while also demonstrating the importance of collaboration between scientists and industry players in supporting local economic growth.
