Abstract

This community service is carried out to encourage innovation in the field of entrepreneurship in decorative plants micro businesses. The innovation carried out aims to provide added value to every operational activity of the Succulent, Cactus, and Monstera decorative plants business which is run by Miss Rere's family from Dawuhan Village, Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. This family business has been running since 2021. However, management is less aware of the importance of digital marketing or what is known as e-commerce. Implementation of marketing that is safe and comfortable for the parties involved in the sales process is also carried out in this activity. Apart from that, this service provides knowledge related to recording operational activities, calculating the cost of goods sold accurately, and preparing commercial financial reports, so that information about maximum production capacity and sales target outcome can also be known. Activities are carried out through counseling on marketing innovation through e-commerce, cost accounting training, Focus Group Discussions related to operational activities such as assistance on how to send decorative plants outside the domestic area, as well as training in preparing commercial financial reports. All activities are carried out to increase sales of decorative plants in a sustainable manner.
