Abstract

Business processes in a business organization ideally involve the fields of human resource management, production, marketing, finance and information technology. The marketing sector plays an important role in the spread and development of a business. Moreover, in the digital era like now, where online marketing has become a new method that plays a very important role in the development of a business. Internet access is now so easy, causing the number of internet users to increase every day and shopping activities. Also nowadays it is mostly done online. Online marketing can help a business reach a larger audience than through conventional methods. Apart from being able to reach a larger audience, online marketing is also more cost-effective and scalable. This condition should be able to be utilized well by shell and handicraft craftsmen. However, in its implementation, many craftsmen do not pay attention to marketing principles and the marketing process is still carried out conventionally, resulting in small and medium industry craftsmen having no bargaining value in the market because limited market share. This condition occurs in most of the shellfish and handicraft IKM (Small and Medium Industry) craftsmen in Panarukan and Bungatan Districts, Situbondo Regency. Through the Situbondo Regency Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service, we want to gradually improve this condition by holding technical training in business management and entrepreneurial management so that IKM craftsmen can market their products widely, so that craftsmen can move up in class and of course can have an influence on the community's economy.
