ANALISA KEBUTUHAN SISTEM INFORMASI DALAM MENDUKUNG SMART CITY DAN KEBERLANJUTAN PENGGUNAANNYA DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Abstract
The concept of digitalization for public services is becoming a service trend aimed at optimizing public service performance to be more effective and efficient. The emergence of various types of applications developed and implemented for the public is expected to provide significant benefits commensurate with the investment value. The urgency of this research lies in the need to analyze the utilization of the information system developed by the local government for the community in order to measure its success rate and sustainability. The results of this research are expected to serve as a recommendation for the Situbondo District government in prioritizing the provision of information systems that are appropriate and suitable for the needs of the community, making investment in their provision efficient and effective. This research uses the AHP weighting method to identify conditions within the application based on pre-application conditions, conditions during application implementation, and expectations for the application that has been developed for the future
