Efek Penggunaan Teknologi Digital Terhadap Kemampuan Argumentasi Mahasiswa Calon Guru Fisika
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap kemampuan argumentasi mahasiswa calon guru fisika. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh kebutuhan akan calon guru yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi digital secara reflektif dalam proses pembelajaran untuk memperkuat kemampuan berpikir ilmiah dan argumentatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one-group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 89 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika yang telah memiliki pengalaman dasar dalam praktik mengajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket kemampuan argumentasi yang mencakup lima indikator utama, yaitu kejelasan struktur argumen, kekuatan data dan bukti pendukung, keterkaitan dengan konteks pembelajaran, kepercayaan diri dalam menyampaikan argumen, serta kemampuan menanggapi opini orang lain. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, perhitungan Normalized Gain (N-Gain), dan Effect size untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaan teknologi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan argumentasi mahasiswa, dengan kategori peningkatan sedang pada aspek kejelasan struktur dan kekuatan data, serta rendah pada aspek sosial dan reflektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis tekn ologi digital efektif dalam memperkuat kemampuan berpikir logis dan analitis, namun masih perlu diintegrasikan dengan strategi kolaboratif dan reflektif untuk mengoptimalkan seluruh dimensi kemampuan argumentasi calon guru fisika.
