Identifikasi Proses Bisnis Sebagai Dasar Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Yang Lebih Baik di Momoyo
Abstract
The rapid development of information technology requires companies to manage business processes in an intregated manner in order to remain competitive in a dynamic business environment. MOMOYO, as a beverage and dessert brand that has grown rapidly in Indonesia, faces challenges in coordinating franchise outlets, managing inventory, handling sales transactions, and preparing operational reports. This study aims to describe the main business processes of MOMOYO and to analyze the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in supporting operational efficiency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review and documen analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of MIS, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, Costumer Relationship Management (CRM), and Accounting Information Systems, plays an important role in improving operational effeciency, minimizing operational errors, and providing real-time information to support managerial decision-making. With the support of MIS, MOMOYO is able to maintain service qualiity consistentcy and enhance its competitiveness in the digital era.
