Pengukuran Kinerja Sistem Informasi Assist-BPr.net Pada PT. BPR Artha Waringin Jaya Kabupaten Situbondo
Abstract
This study analyzes the priority weights of criteria and the performance of the academic information system using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and IT Balanced Scorecard methods. The results of the priority weight calculation show that criteria C1 and C6 have the highest weights, 22% and 20% respectively, indicating the importance of these criteria in decision-making. The consistency of the pairwise comparison matrix was tested using the Consistency Measure (CM), which resulted in a value of 8.46, and after calculation, the Consistency Ratio (CR) was found to be 0.05, indicating good consistency in the criteria comparison. Furthermore, the analysis of respondent answers shows that the company has made significant progress in most Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a total score of 90.92%, falling into the "Very Good" category. The highest achievements were recorded in Ease of Information Access, Operational Effectiveness, and Updates with IT Development, while areas such as Business and IT Alignment and Employee Competence still require improvement. Overall, these results reflect the company’s success in meeting targets, optimizing services, and demonstrating a commitment to further development in the future.
