Abstract

This report aims to analyze the business processes at Izzah Salon & Spa Muslimah, a women-only beauty service enterprise based on Islamic principles. The study was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and system analysis of the “Izzah Mobile” application used for reservations, scheduling, and transactions. Although digital tools have been implemented, several issues remain, such as overlapping service schedules, manual inventory recording, and underutilized customer feedback. To address these challenges, the report recommends the implementation of an ERP system based on Odoo, which can integrate core business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. With a fully integrated digital system, Izzah Salon & Spa Muslimah is expected to significantly improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
