Desain Sistem Penjualan Produk Digital (Digistore.com) Berbasis Website
Abstract
In the rapidly evolving digital era, web design has become a crucial component in shaping customer experience, especially in the context of e-commerce. This research aims to create a web-based information system design focusing on four main elements: providing a clear and informative product display, ease of selecting payment methods and shipping services, transparency in displaying order status, and efficiency in product stock management. These four aspects reflect the essential features that a modern website must possess to support user comfort and build customer loyalty. A good web design not only includes visual aesthetics but also reflects functionality, intuitive navigation, and information access speed. The research method used is an object-oriented method focusing on unified modeling language. The results of the analysis of the web design, which was created with a thorough consideration of user needs, are expected to significantly enhance customer trust, comfort, and satisfaction
