Pengaruh E-Commerce terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Di Kabupaten Situbondo
Abstract
This research aims to determine the impact of using e-commerce on the development of income for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Situbondo Regency. The use of e-commerce has been applied to several MSMEs in the Situbondo area that already use e-commerce, such as Kue Nadfood, Neng Petty, Thifking, Mie Demit, and Lek Bucket. In this research we use quantitative methods. To find out income, we distributed a questionnaire to every MSME in Situbondo. By distributing the questionnaire we know that e-commerce has a positive impact and influences increasing MSME income in Situbondo district, the more people use e-commerce, the higher the MSME income. The benefits of this research can help MSME players in developing their products and provide insight to the cooperative department about the importance of e-commerce in increasing MSME income in Situbondo district. The development of information technology, especially in the field of e-commerce, has provided great opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to compete globally. E-commerce allows MSMEs to reach a wider market, increase operational efficiency, and develop product and service innovations. By implementing e-commerce, MSMEs in Situbondo Regency can gain great benefits in increasing their sales and competitiveness. Through a questionnaire conducted on 100 MSME entrepreneurs in the district, it was found that the implementation of e-commerce had a significant influence on increasing MSMEs. The research method was analyzed using SmartPls. Therefore, e-commerce is very important for MSMEs to gain greater income to continue developing digital marketing strategies and utilizing information technology to increase their competitiveness in this digital era.
